The interview process was thorough and they really helped me feel comfortable when asking questions. They were creative with their questioning and asked me to create a PowerPoint to describe why I would want to move for this job.

What are some characteristics of yours that you deem are those of a good leader?
Very well run, albeit virtual. The staff that ran the interview made it super comfortable and allowed for good flow within the interview and kept me out of my own nerves.
