A simple mcq test then followed by interview, where asked about fmcg industry. Working environment not great. Unnecessary pressure leading to high employee turnover. Rest good . No new learning experience. Lot of partiality

Not sure about the current practice. There will be 2 round. Final with MD. Some one with less or irrelevant experience still have a chance to get selected if you carry right attitude & willing to learn and grow :)

The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at ACH Management Consultants (Mumbai)
Very slow process of interview...They call you for the face to face interview with the Senior person and the HR team is not aware about the feedback of the first round of interview,so they call you again for the face to face interview and then they dont update you with the feedback.Very small company.No growth in future.
- All questions asked during the time of interview are not at all related to your work all are irrelevant questions.
