Don’t waste your time. If you’re overqualified they will just waste your time. They called me after the recruitment day, went there again, was introduced to the site just to be rejected.

Quick and easy they made you do a lift test but it can be a little nerve wrecking when they send people walking home, that was only do to not having a flexible schedule

Interview
A three stage process. The first interview they get to know you and ask general questions. They are looking for friendly individuals that are team players. The second interview is a hands on interview where you are timed building two pallets. The third interview they ask some questions to make sure this position is a god fit for you and the company.
