I applied in-person. I interviewed at ALDI (Atlanta, GA) in May 2016
Interview
I arrived 10 minutes early, the hiring manager was in an interview which i didnt mind. But then she called someone else to interview me he was asking me questions walking around the store but he wasnt paying attention to me he was talking to another worker which was so unprofessional! I was told they would call me back for other interview but i dont care if i dont get hired. Luckily on the way home i was offered a job previously had interviewed for.
The interview process was easy. We did a tour around the store and then we each did five minute interviews. It was very simple and quick, would highly recommend applying to aldi

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
First interview was quick and brief, very friendly. Second interview was more of a one on one and I loved the DM. Third interview went okay but way more serious. Last interview was just signing paperwork and going to take the drug test. Have orientation tomorrow so let's see how that goes..
