Interview
The average length of time it takes to complete ALDI in-person interviews ranges from about 45 minutes to an hour for group interviews and roughly 30 minutes for 1:1 job interviews. One on one call with recruiter, followed by an online interview with recruiter. Then an in person group interview with around 20 others where we did individual challenges and group tasks
