Aldi Experience (work for free 2 hours in store to see if you can keep up with the pace usually with other new starters)
Then a job offer by telephone or an email rejection
A lot of Questions so it wasn't easy, but for someone with experience quite okay. Could recommend. Management and area were super nice and professional. Try not to say any stupid things.

Laid back and non invasive. Big pressure on efficiency and numbers etc. Two senior leaders there on the day. Overall positive. Can be daunting to the untrained eye. Would recommend
