      Recruiter Interview

      1 Apr 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

      I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at AT&T

      Interview

One of the most embarrassing and truly unprofessional experiences I have ever been through. I went through 3 rounds of interviews including having me come on site (took a PTO day). I was told it was just myself and one other candidate. After the final interview I never heard back from the team. Never in my 35 years of life have I made it through a final interview and never heard back. It's not only rude, it's remarkably unprofessional. You're a recruiter and can't call a final round candidate back to tell him he didn't get the job? I can only image how poorly the department is run when the lead recruiter is afraid of calling candidates. Thankfully I was offered a much better position two weeks later. You should be ashamed of yourselves for the way you treat people. I reached out multiple times just for an update and was ghosted.

      Interview

The hiring process turn about 3 weeks total. The type of questions asked were all behavioral, typical interview questions. As long as you know what the position and what it entitles you will be fine. The interviewer was easy to talk too. I had a great experience.
