Long process. About 2 months. Interview is intense, but only the best of the best get the position. The tests leading up to the interview were harder than the interview to be honest. You must be competent. But thankfully AT&T provides you with sample questions before you take the tests.

Applied on line in March, revived call chosen for interview in April, during interview two managers interviewed me. Asked about prior job experience, gave a lot of situational questions: I. What would you do if client upset and you want to aside problem and then also attempt to sale, etc.
Was given call from hiring team informing me of conditional offer one say after interview.
Was really interested in my saless experience and ability to think quickly.
After that, drug test, criminal background, and extensive employer background test, they will call all employers you list!
Very friendly and relaxed call center environment.

Typical questions such as a time you overcame a difficult situation. Ending with you pitching a mobile plan to them on the spot. Be prepared to offer more than one device to a group of managers.
