I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at AT&T
Interview
Applied in July and finally received an email to take their Technical Test in September. The test can be either really hard or just hard depending on your IQ lol. My buddy has taken it twice and he failed twice...he's always been a little slow, if you know what I mean. IF you pass the test you get invited to an interview. Mine was the the following week. The interview consists of 2 supervisors/managers asking you 4 questions. That's it.

Question 1
It was only 4 questions and all 4 were pretty easy to answer. I guess the hard question was "explain a time you had a problem with a customer and how did you resolve it."
Panel interview. Star format. 3 different interviews. 3 month hiring process. Drug test. Extensive background check. Contact five references. Five questions during interview. Six weeks training and on job training.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AT&T (Richardson, TX)
Interview
Easy enough... met for initial paper multiple question test at a random hotel then sit down with a person to ask regular interview questions at a At&T location. Soon after got a call
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at AT&T (Austin, TX) in Jul 2023
Interview
The interview process for me was quite simple. We had a zoom meeting where everyone selected for the position from various States were in attendance. The hiring manager described the job description and other related details about the position. And later, job offer was sent, if you accepted, then training details like location of the training, hotel accommodation etc. was sent to inbox.
