Interview
Applied online, Immediately sent an assessment with personality questions and mini games to see how well you can multi task. If you pass next is a video interview where you record your response to a set of 7 questions, if you pass that aswell next step is a one hour 1 on 1 interview. Heard back about an hour later, offer contingent only if you pass background check and 5 panel urine test.
After applying, you take an online assessment. The assessment was not difficult, they are looking for quick responses and memory issues. The interview itself was relatively straight forward. It was done over video conference. The interviewer asked typical interview questions. There were a few role play questions, too.

Interview
Interview in small room followed by quick call roleplay. Though company claims to be glbt friendly, interviewer was adamant about my not using my chosen name during roleplay, insisting I'd have to go by my dead name.
