A recruiting manager reached out to me to get a brief overview of my experience.
A week later the store manager of the location reached out to me for a face to face. Interview went very well. It was more of a pitch to me. "If you want to make money then come to AT&T"
AT&T almost always begins with an online application followed by an aptitude or skills assessment. Many candidates receive an interview invitation immediately after passing the assessment. Very detailed interview process, the manager Robin was tough. Throughout the process she gave me the toughest questions. I was called into the location to meet with her in person. We sat in her office and she was taking notes on what I was saying.

First interview was one on one. Second was a group interview. It was actually was really interesting. I have never had an interview like it. Seems to be a fun company to work for.
