The process consists of two rounds. Each round is an interview with one of the programs recruiters. Interviews lasted 30-45 min and consisted of behavioural questions and a high-level case.

Interview
Submit an online application, if selected there will be 2 virtual interviews. The first round is all behavior questions. If you pass the first round, you will receive an excel exercise worksheet about free cash flow. You need to submit the worksheet within set timeframe, and if you pass, you will get another round of interview.

Interview
Multiple rounds of interview. The first is an interview with a recruiter. After the recruiter, you ate required to take three separate personality tests. If you move on from there, you'll have another interview. Finally, you'll be flown to Texas to present to financial leaders.
