Applied online through their website. They got back to me within a month to schedule a phone interview. The interview was mostly behavioral and then we touched upon some more technical stuff based on your answer to previous questions/resume.

Not too many unexpected questions. It was a very standard procedure and interview that encompassed basic OOP questions and such. Very basic java question checking arrays.
Received e-mail for a Skype interview (I live an hour away from the office). First interviewed with HR person who asked me basic questions about my resume and past programming experience. Then I moved onto the technical interview.

Wasn't very complicated. Was asked about encapsulation, inheritance, and polymorphism. Asked to write a function that would determine if a string is a palindrome, and another function that determines if a number is prime.
