Applying here is a "black hole" ! I got my 1st. response after 4 years & 20 online applications later!!
This is a really long & drawn out process which seems endless (like they don't care about you, just their profits). They ignore you until they get around to you.

simple just try to remain bubbly and personable. they are looking for personality and dependablity. but after the interview and usual background check . I was able to go and meet my new team and then off to training for two weeks

they will ask you typical scenario questions. they want to know how would independently help a customer and they are serious about pushing numbers

Interview
Phone interview, in person interview with director of sales, and third interview with location manager. They were very quick to respond to my application and call me back. The interview was very basic interview questions. There are a lot of training courses you have to take in the first month.
