Interview
It was a video-recorded interview for the first round where they ask you about the kind of value you can add and test your understanding of the company. It is more of a gauge of your character and personality before you progress to further rounds.

took 1 year and 10 interview to get job the interviews were good but so many... some in person, some on phone but all in all long but successful... large corps move slow what more can be said
