I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Accenture (Toronto, ON) in Sept 2017
Interview
Two rounds of interview.
First was on campus, consisting of one 45 minute case, and one 45 minute behavioral. Case was quite simple, a cost-benefit analysis to determine if client should invest in an infrastructure project, then calculate break-even time. Behaviorals was quite standard, a mix of personal, character, and job scenario questions.
Second round was at the office. Once again, two interviews (one case, one behavioral). Case was quite open-ended; I was asked a serious of customer questions and my responses indirectly created the case problem for me to solve (it was entirely real-life driven). Very fun and creative in my opinion.

Question 1
What's the ROI (if any) on corporate recruiting swag (water bottles, pens, etc)?

Case study rounds with manager and partner, along with questions to test company knowledge, why to hire us, why consulting, etc. followed by HR discussion to show ID card and then questions about ourselves and work experience
