Interview
I got selected through campus interview in dec 2009 in Indore. Written test was easy. Then there was a GD round. The third round was technical interview, they ask question as per resume. All questions were basics from DBMS, Data Structure, OS. OOPS. Third round was HR round, HR was very friendly asked general questions they just check your communication skills. If ur above avg in English and confident HR round will be easy.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture in Nov 2018
Interview
It was a process of 3 rounds. Starts with a technical telephonic discussion, and a on-prem technical discussion, and finally the HR round. I found the HR are tough to negotiate, and they are really tricky.

Only 1 technical round, you can clear even if you keep practicing some standard set of questions in your domain.
I felt personally the interview was not really good to judge people, it needs to be more difficult to clear. Because the more easy it is the more chances of wrong elements entering in.
