The interview process was pretty standard: phone screen with the recruiter, phone interview with the hiring manager, video-interview with the managing director. I got knocked out after round two.
The phone screen was pretty standard, mostly going over my resume. The interview with the hiring manager was...disappointing? The hiring manager started off by saying that the position wasn't technical (literally, it was the first thing she said to me), but I heard back from the recruiter that I didn't have enough "technical experience" (at least the recruiter e-mailed me to tell me I didn't advance in the process, that was nice). Also, the entire interview was about my experience with PeopleSoft. Nowhere in the job description was PeopleSoft even mentioned, the job is working with Workday. As such, during the interview I realized the job description did not match what the hiring manager needed. I am not particularly pleased to have wasted my time with this process.
