Focused on core competencies. 4 rounds excluding 1 HR round. 1 round with senior partner. Was focused on case studies and ability to think analytically. Generally comfortable atmosphere. There is also a discussion about career aspirations and overall career goals in order to determine the fit

recruiter screen, then r1 with 2 manager level folks. final round in person with 2 MDs. A mix of traditional and non traditional behavioral questions as well as cases. The cases got harder for the final round.
