Via mijn stage was ik binnen gekomen dus hoefde de capaciteiten test niet meer te doen (al gedaan voor stage), maar wel mijn motivatiebrief, CV en 2 rondes met interviews met een senior manager en managing director.

Interview
Asked you to do a presentation, you have time to prep before and get follow up questions on the presentation, this is for 1 hour and then you have another hour of situational questions back to back. Prior to this, you have a phone screening which is pretty chill to be honest and this determines if you get the interview or not.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Taguig) in Oct 2025
Interview
HR interview was laidback; they mostly talked about the job. The face-to-face interview had a group case that you had to pass before proceeding to a one-on-one business case. The overall process was long, took me over two months, but this meant more time to prepare for the F2F case interview so it had some advantages.

Interview
Initially, there is an HR Call to introduce yourself, then there is a behavior round, asking about general behavioral questions, and finally a presentation on how to use technology to solve the client's problem.
