Very straightforward, some online tests which are timely but assess Accenture's alignment with your thinking. Not too difficult, I would say you would need to be more tech-y to work here as a Grad.

There are 4 round of interview for the graduate role.
First they send an email saying you are selected for the interview process for graduate role and after that I received call from HR.

Question 1
HR interview: I received a call from HR saying that my resume got selected for the graduate role. She asked questions Tell me about your self, What you know about Accenture, Why you applied for this role.
It’s an whole day event called hackathon here all the interviewers get divided into team and assigned one mentor to the team and gave us a technical task, the mentor helped us to complete the task they were just checking our behaviour how we communicate how we represent our self it’s more like a personality check.

Assessment Centre is broken into three parts: Skills based interview, Group work and a competency based games like interview. Best advice it to answer honestly and be energetic. They are really nice and want you to be geuine

Name as many words as you can about space in 30 seconds
4 stages:
1) CV screening - this is the easiest step, hard to know what they use in terms of ATS
2) Online Assessment - This can be tricky, they have questions that ask you to really pay attention to detail. Fine in general if you read carefully and double check
3) Assessment Centre - most difficult stage and has 3 stages (individual, group and 10 challenges)
4) 1 on 1 with the manager - you have to create a presentation about a subject
