The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture in Jan 2008
Interview
Accenture recruited from my graduate institution. The first round was to weed out nearly half of the candidates (went from about 40 to 20). This was a 15min interview with the recruiter and they likely assessed your potential to be a consultant on some kind of criteria.
Next round was a 1 on 1 interview with a manager where you are asked specific questions about your experiences in work/school and also given case scenario (of the 20 that stayed only 5 went on or accepted the invitation to the third round)
Third round was with Senior Executives and they did there best to "sell" you on Accenture. Less stressful than the second round. The job is yours to lose at this point.
