I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Washington, DC) in Oct 2013
Interview
The interview process was pretty standard. It wasn't that bad. I was recruited at a career fair at my university in Sept. First, I had an on-campus interview at our career center. It was basically a resume review session. Then I was called back for a phone interview which was about an hour and a half. These were more behavioral questions, like "tell me about a time when...". Finally, I was called for an on-site interview in DC, which is really just a confirmation that you're a good fit personality-wise. (If you get called to the 3rd interview, you pretty much got the job). They offered me the position in November.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basic behavioral questions.. Google some for practice.
Interview process for SI is really straightforward - they just ask you behavioral & fit questions. Went straight to the final round for full-time interview because I had received an offer as an undergrad.

Question 1
Questions weren't really that difficult in general - just have to make sure that you have prepared for the standard behavioral questions (e.g. tell me about a time you were a team player, tell me how you're a leader, etc.)
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2009
Interview
Initial phone interview talking over steps and describing valuable experiences. Final interview involved being brought into office, and talking with 3 different people on team. They basically wanted to make sure that you understood the role and what you would be doing.
