I have applied for software engineer (Python) role who is having 4 years of experience.
I had to take the online assessment test, but the questions asked were not related experienced one or even related to engineering. Totally disappointed by their poor interview process.

Questions with multi choose, kind of text book questions required to mug up to answer those.
It was a two round process where 1st round involved technical question and 2nd round mostly managerial round where they test your ability to manage the project and how you handle the situtation
