The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (New Delhi)
Interview
One of my friend refered me for the Java developer opening. The process started with the online test which is easier to crack. The next round was technical interview where they foussed on basic knowledge for Java, design patterns, Spring, Spring boot etc which went well. After that it was managerial round which was scenario plus technical based. Last round was HR round for the salary discussion. The overall process was well organised.

Accenture's interview process is a multi-stage journey tailored to the specific role and career level. For most candidates, it begins with an online application and screening, followed by a series of online assessments testing aptitude and job-specific skills. Successful applicants then progress to core interview rounds, which typically include technical or case-based discussions and behavioral meetings with team leads or managers to assess both competency and cultural fit. The entire process is structured and can span several weeks from start to finish.
It is professional and interviewer has in depth hands on knowledge in the subject. He checked both technical and in technical aspect. Has interviewed mostly on hands on knowledge. Over all good experience
