The interview process started with sending in a Resume, then i received an email to proceed further onto a Video Interview. This step was a great experience. Site worked great, setup was easy. Once past that round there was a group interview where we had to work as a team to create a solution to a problem. Testing out team work abilities, communication, and problem solving skills.
