Recruiter emailed me first for confirmation wether you still want to apply for the position or not. Then, called me for an initital interview. After the phone call interview, i waited for several days that i think no more than 1 week beforethe accenture sent me an email for the online assessment. It took only several minutes to know if you are good to proceed with the hr interview.
Online interview, Introduction talk. 3 individual interviews with competency and technical and skill based questions. Breaks in between interviews. Smart dress code requested for the interview. The whole process lasts about 3 hours

The process is fast than what I expected.
Offer is also okay for a first timer or with no experience. Questions are okay but redundant. All questions are about information technology related.

The whole application process was long. Initial questionnaire/survey asks what role you are applying for. The basic stuff. Next is the online exam, hr interview, technical exam. The process took two months.
