I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Sept 2010
Interview
The interview process started in the spring and suffered stagnation during the Swedish summer vacation lull... the picked up again after the summer. This resulted in an unusually long interview process. I would advise that efforts are made that guarantee a shorter period since many candidates may move on during such a long interview process...
It was a unique 2 round process. It started with the first round which was technical comprising of business cases from the real world, and the second round was majorly HR in nature
