There are 3 stages: HR, hiring manager, senior manager. You have to clear this in 3 stages. They are very methodical in their approach. They look for expertise in the field
Went for the interview thrice. Each time I was asked to wait for 90 minutes and shown the door without even meeting an interviewer. The experience was very poor. Even the telephonic recruiter refused to meet me in person.
