there is a Phone screen and then first round case interview, afterwards second round group case lastly slide submission for a case interview. Fairly straightforward, there were differences from interviewee to interviewee
The whole process included 3 parts. First, a phone interview which asked some basic questions deriving from your resume. Second was the assessment centre where all of the people that passed the phone interview progressed to this stage. It involved breaking out into smaller group and solving a case study. Finally, if you passed the assessment centre stage you are to do a final 1 on 1 interview.
