First interview was a phone interview. If you pass that then you go to a in person interview. After that there is a final phone interview. After all three they decide to offer you a job or not.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture (Arlington, VA) in Jan 2013
Interview
First the recruiter gives you an online assessment. It's a timed 40 question quick that tests you on thinks like math, logic etc. Not terribly hard. Then the interview is a 2 part interview (in one day) - a functional and technical interview. The functional interview goes over the basic questions that you're asked at any job (weakness/strengths etc) and the technical interview really depends on the interviewer you get. But the questions are overall not as hard compared to other companies. They ask you basic questions about java concepts.

I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Accenture
Interview
The whole process took about 2-3 months. My school submitted my resume to them and they reached out to me within a few days. Afterwards I kept in contact with the recruiter. I took some tests and had a few interviews. The process was very lax because though I did not have them on the top of my priority list but after the rest of my job leads did not go through I went to Accenture and was hired after the interviews and tests.
