Interview
It was a virtual interview. There was no technical round but very few people had both TR and HR in the same round. I was asked some basic HR questions.The overall interview was pretty easy. They won't ask you anything out of the box. Just know some basic stuff about the company.

Question 1
introduction, projects, describe a situation where you felt very sad but handled it well, being the team leader how did you resolve issues between your team members, any activities that you participated in your college, why did you join btech, any questions for me.
Final Interview round was easy for a fresher level job. However, 1st round (i.e.) aptitude was medium to difficult level. Technical section in the aptitude round was bit difficult for a fresher, however it was optional.

Interview process at Accenture was smooth, well-structured, and overall easy to navigate. The communication throughout the process was professional, and the interview rounds were not overly difficult if you were prepared with the basics.
The only downside was the timeline. The complete hiring process took almost one year from initial application to final onboarding, which felt quite time-consuming. Apart from the delay, the overall experience was positive and organized.
