Interview
Pre-interview assessment, 2 interviews with senior managers and leadership in Japanese. Microsoft Excel skill check was also conducted for fresh graduates. Knowledge about modeling and functions is tested. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Good and user friendly. Easy and clear timeliness Provided by the HR. I did not face any challenges during the interview. Even their interview app is easy to use with good connectivity.
