If I ask you to learn a new technology in a month, what will be your learning approach? I explained for about 5 minutes. Then he said, "I am satisfied with your answers and don’t have any other questions." Q3. If you have any questions for me, ask. I was surprised and wondered if I had been rejected but stayed calm and asked: 1.Is the recruitment process the same for On-Campus and Off-Campus Hiring? - He replied: "I guess so." 2. Is the project assigned based on scores in primers? - He said: "These will be discussed after training." The interview ended in 15 minutes, as expected. Morning slots had similar experiences, but afternoon and evening candidates faced 5-6 questions. One batchmate waited over 2 hours in the lobby. The process felt smooth and easy overall. I hope I get selected... Update (12th Nov): I got rejected.
