Accenture interview process was a comprehensive and enriching experience, starting with an aptitude test in the first round that assessed my analytical, logical, and quantitative skills. The questions ranged from moderate to challenging, covering topics like percentages, profit and loss, data interpretation, logical reasoning, and verbal ability. My preparation on platforms like SkillRack and GeeksforGeeks helped me confidently tackle this round. The second round was a coding assessment, which included two problems of varying difficulty. I used Java to solve these problems efficiently, leveraging my strong foundation in programming and experience with over 600 practice problems. The final round was a face-to-face interview, where the focus was on both technical expertise and behavioral attributes. I discussed my project experiences, highlighting the technologies used and challenges overcome. The interviewer also tested my understanding of programming concepts like object-oriented principles, data structures, and algorithms. Additionally, I was asked about teamwork, challenges, and my career goals, where I aligned my aspirations with Accenture's innovative and diverse culture. My preparation, practical experience, and clear articulation helped me make a strong impression throughout the process.
