I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture (Lucknow) in Feb 2015
Interview
There were 3 rounds. Round1: CV related questions to make you comfortable, followed by solving a simple guesstimate. Round 2: Solving a market entry case study for a new digital proposition launched by a bank. Round 3 (Partner Round): Technical questions relating to finance followed by HR questions. Then the partner elaborated on the organization structure and culture. This was followed by a lengthy discussion on where I would best fit into the organization, and how it would contribute to my long term goals. This showed me how concerned and invested the organization was in my learning and growth, and contributed greatly towards a positive company perception.
Interview process was extremely smooth and well coordinated. They give you enough time for Q&A with a lot of scenario based questions to testing your analytical skills. It went really well

It was good, as i felt they responded to every query of mine and were supportive during the intreview porcess. The recruiting team was very prompt and guided me at every stage.
The interview process consists of three structured rounds: beginning with an initial hiring manager screening, progressing to a detailed evaluation with the Senior Manager or MD, and concluding with a final, mandatory in-person MD interview.
