Interview
The whole process is smooth and details as it have 3 stage so obviously they really filter their employee. I applied on August 2020, three days after applied they email for call phone iv.
1. Call phone iv - they briefly explain abt the job. Asked a bit about yourself and more like to knowing the candidate.
2. After the phone iv, they will move to next stage which is Writing Assessment. This is basically to test how you going to respond towards customer complaint.
3. If you passed this, they will arranged for final iv. As this time we were in covid 19 issues, I was invited for Bluejeans iv. It tooks approximately 1 hour. The interviewer is nice and friendly. She said that will see me on board but few days later they rejected me :)

After passing the assessment, I had an HR interview focusing on my background, motivation for joining Agoda, and customer service experience. This was followed by a manager interview, which included behavioral and situational questions related to handling difficult customers and resolving issues.
Overall, the interview process was professional, well-organized, and focused on real customer experience scenarios. The interviewers were friendly and explained the role clearly.

The interview takes 3 times,
First interview is a sample and quick interview, and some information sharing .
Second Interview is typing skill and within 40minutes, answer Japanese email and english email.
Third Interview is interview with the Team leader its take around 1 hours.
