Interview
Good communication from hiring staff and interview arranged promptly. Initial phone call prior to the interview was appreciated and a good touch. There are a series of online tests that you have to do, some of which are quite challenging.

Have you ever convinced senior management to change their mind using data?
First Online test sent by recruiter then I had a Recruiter interview round, after that it was a Hiring Manager round and then the Manager of hiring manager round and lastly the Stakeholder interview round. Total 4 interviews which I found it was lengthy.

Assessment followed up by HR screening and business leader interview. You need to pass the online assessment to prove your IQ, which is reasonable. Then, HR took 30 mins to go through together your experience.
