I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Agoda in Feb 2019
Interview
2 rounds of online technical interviews but I did an internship here before so probably lesser rounds of interview than normal process
One interview focuses on algorithm and the other one focuses on design questions
The recruiters were very nice and helpful, provided all the information required for each interview. Interviewers were very considerate and gave the feeling that they really want you to succeed.

Question 1
1. describe the process happening when a user enter a URL to the browser until he gets the requested page.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Agoda (Bangkok) in Sept 2021
Interview
I had 2 rounds of online technical interviews, 2 sessions for each round, and 1 hour for each session. All of the interviews are focused on problem-solving using data structure and algorithms. I performed quite well in the first 3 sessions, had great conversations, technical problems were solved optimally. In the last session, I had an interview with a senior manager with a problem-solving type of question that its problem statement and example are stated very poorly. I struggled to understand the problem and the manager tried to explain the problem which was not that helpful. At last, I managed to solve the problem in time, asked the manager some questions, and end the interview session. A week went by, I got a rejection email. So, I asked for feedback and it turns out that I only failed the last interview because "my coding skill is not that good". In my opinion, this is weird. The company claims to be a "flat organization", where they "promote" employees to be involved in decision-making processes but when it comes to interviewing process, you still have one-above-all authority person to make a final decision even when the rest of the team says otherwise.
