It was a long and multi-day process involving an initial screening round, followed by a 3-hour proposal writing test with unclear instructions. The candidate will be allowed to surf the net during the test but the interviewer will be vague about what you can and cannot search.

They asked me to take a test to write a business pitch of sorts for a hypothetical company based in Europe. I was provided a slide deck with relevant information.

They for initial english and logical reasoning test which was quite understandable but the online interview felt nothing more then formality. No subject specific experts or other stakeholders were present.
