2 tests: cognitive and english, 1 Executive Summary and 1 interview with live excercises. Interview with reps from the HR, Quality and Production department. Took about an hour and it was remotely done using skype.

Interview
Chat with the HR manager --> sending sample texts --> chat with HR manager and team leader. Easy. As I later found out, the company has a huge employee turnover, so they accept just about anyone and give them a 3 month test drive.

Strangely, they asked questions about the kind of companies I would accept as clients... even though that was nowhere near the job description.
