My position was for the hospitality team in Amadeus Main site at Sophia Antipolis.
First I had an HR interview by phone, almost an hour. After that, an Online programming test with C++ questions 2 technical interviews ~2h Which one of them was with the project manager and the other with a dev working in the same position as the job offered.
The whole process took more than 2 months, and I have to insist on getting a final answer for the process.
In the end, I had to insist some weeks to receive an answer from HR, that I would not continue on the recruitment process because the feedback of the manager was good from the technical point of view, but bad related to my motivation to be part of the company. According to his feedback, he'd realized that my intentions with the company were just to get some stability on the market, not really contribute with the company growth. I never thought that I would receive a comment like that. Next time, I would be prepared also to evaluate their intentions with me as part of the family, not only as an employee delivering some work to get the monthly paycheck.
