Three rounds of one hour interviews in a row. There was an emphasis on leadership principles for behavioral questions. One technical interview, one bar raiser interview, one high level design interview.

Interview
Online assessment, phone screen interview, 3 x 1 hour interviews for on-site loop. No feedback is given. Interviewers are friendly and everything is fully remote. Quick response for rejection. Recruiter is flexible for rescheduling interview dates.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon in Feb 2025
Interview
3 rounds of interviews in 1 day with 1 hour breaks in between. My first round was half LP and the other half technical. Second round was fully LP, and third round was fully technical. Interviewers were respectful and would offer help if needed for technical rounds. Overall, it was an good experience, only complaint was that they do not seem interested in getting to know you. It is obvious they are there to do their jobs and take notes about you to report back to their managers.
