Starts with an overview of the position then allowed me to give an overall summary of my work experience. Didn't delve into the particulars of my resume exactly and then moved towards the usual situation-based questions. They were fairly generic and were about things such as work ethic, problem-solving, etc. "Tell me about a time you ______. " or "When did you face ____ in the workplace"
