First round is an aptitude cum technical round. There would be 20 questions. 10 aptitude and 10 technical. Apps include quants and logical like time and work average seating arrangement, etc.

Aptitude test and technical written exam. They have conducted technical Round. Finally HR round. After a week they have announced the result. They asked for immediate joiners. Then background check has completed. And joined the premises

Totally 3 rounds for tech support analyst designation and all on same day.
1st round - Aptitude round for 1 hour ( it contains logical & quans - speed, population,age calculation questions, sql - DML, DDL & linux - basic filter commands)
2nd round - Technical round - panel interview ( they ll be asking some logical questions, sql - joins, sub query & basic queries, linux - filter commands, grep, cat and some in-depth commands)
3rd round - Operation round (operation manager ll check your tech and logical skills, almost same as 2nd round)
