Almost a two and half month process. Both phone and video interviews with Amazon leadership members around the country. A great experience for a seasoned professional with experience in identifying talent globally. Having the opportunity to learn the Amazon process has provided me with the insight I need to assist and or make recommendations to others I coach, develop and mentor across the country. While I was not selected, it was a good experience to know what to expect and share my experience with many others looking to work for Amazon at the leadership level.
