Very disorganized. The group that wanted me for the job disagreed with the group that would "own" me - it was more important that I fit in with the group I reported to than with the group I'd really be working with. Turf building more important than deliverables. The two groups ended up fighting in front of me during the interview. Very unprofessional.

Straightforward interview process. The people were friendly, if on the formal side. No one mentioned the writing sample that I had to submit a few days earlier, so even though I worked really hard on it, I don't know if it was read.
