The first step in the interview process is to get shortlisted for interview. Q1. What are the two types of transmission technology available?
Ans. The two types of transmission technology are – broadcast and point-to-point.
Q2. What is a ‘subnet’?
Ans. A ‘subnet’ is a generic term for a section of a large network, usually separated by a bridge or a router.
Q3. What is DNS?
Ans. The Domain Name System (DNS) is a central part of the Internet, providing a way to match names (a website you’re seeking) to numbers (the address for the website). Anything connected to the Internet – laptops, tablets, mobile phones, and websites – has an Internet Protocol (IP) address made up of numbers.
Q4. Explain ‘hidden shares’.
Ans. A hidden or an administrative share is a network share that is not visible when viewing another computer’s shares.
Q5. How many layers are there in the OSI model? Name them
Ans. There are 7 layers – physical, data link, network, transport, session, presentation, and application.
5 rounds of interview
1 gate keeper on Network fundamentals, 1 leadership principal and rest 4 loop round covering amazon leadership principle and core networking and automation interviews and 2 leadership principles for every loop round
Phone interview conducted via zoom. Focused on competency and alot of questions regarding Amazon's leadership principles. Only an internship role so may differ to grad role interviews. Make sure you have strong networking fundamentals.

I had an Interview for graduate network engineer,
But asking for 3-5 years of experience and it was very tricky other grad roles were comparatively easy and this Job role says entry level role but i feel the interview was completely different.
