Reached out by recruiter. Passed first initial phone screen that lasts about 20-30 mins. Next stage is panel interview with 4-5 technical managers and each interviewer has their own 1hr time slot - total of 4 hrs.

Asked questions around Amazon's leadership principles. Each interviewer had 2 questions per principle they were required to ask. After you answer them diligently, expect detailed follow up questions. (cover your tracks)

Unfair and racist, huge difficulties to reach a position due to non-sponsoring by the enterprise. They reject me in the last interview layer due to non-nationality. The candidates are more prepared than the interviewer, in general is easy to pass all the filters when u are national product.

The interview is totally based on your confidence. You should be confident enough to answer even you don't know the answer. You should ask questions if you have something to ask because interaction also will impact on selection.
