Interview
I waited more than two full months after my application for this role before I had any communication from Amazon. It was an immediate rejection, with no interview, no possibility of appeal and no feedback available.
EXTREMELY annoying and disheartening. You'd think that, for a relatively senior role, you'd be offered some kind of communication at least, as well as some feedback as to where you fell short in their eyes.
